NV is a Qualcomm/Vendor solution to configuration SW/HW setting. Data is stored in Modem CPU file system. PhoneSW can read/write these NV using specific API. NV data can be read/write by PC tools provided by vendor. Main responsibility is to operate the full system, manage hundred of issues everyday from many stakeholders. After gaining a huge experience in this area, automate this system through python & bash scripting also deploy the tools which eventually reduced resources along with minimize human error.
