AMSS (Advance Mobile Subscriber Software) is the Qualcomm’s software package that runs on the baseband. Baseband processor is the main chip-set of Android phone, which is basically responsible to handling telecommunications and direct interfaced to hardware (microphone, speakers…). Qualcomm subsystems has dependencies on different tools/compiler (Hexagon, Python, Perl, ARM), so manage and maintain these tools, bing-up and build the AMSS source code, packaging them as well automate these build system.
